NaCCRA newsletter and ORANJ website

The latest issue  NaCCRA Lifeline has a nice mention of the ORANJ website.  It’s referred to as the “most comprehensive state website of any in the US, maintained by their gifted Webmaster, Ann Campbell.”  This makes me smile 🙂  Unfortunately the url given is wrong.  We are oranjccrc.org.  The link in Lifeline goes to the Oncology Registrars Association of New Jersey, which makes me sad 🙁

The latest issue of NaCCRA Lifeline is interesting.  It’s at

  1. I fear that we have some communications challenges in NaCCRA, including improving LifeLine, ensuring that it is error free, and getting a new team in place to move the organization to the next level. Those changes are underway. In the meantime, NaCCRA has had a major achievement with then new Accounting Standards Codification 606 changes affecting CCRCs, which did not go as far as we would like, but which still bring greater integrity to so-called refund contracts and put a hold to much of the double counting of funds which past accounting has countenanced.

  2. Credit is also due to ORANJ’s Communications Chair Maggie Heineman — she provides the content!

  3. Gerald Williams is no longer Resident Secretary. Bob Schaeffer is now in that position. Could you please send any ORANJ’s information to him. Thank you, Bob Schaeffer
