The Organization of Residents Associations of New Jersey exists for the purpose of supporting, empowering, and bettering the life of senior citizens in New Jersey. We accomplish this mission by:

  • Facilitating communication among member Residents Associations on matters of common interest and concern
  • Keeping abreast of developments in the world of Senior Citizens
  • Coordinating action on behalf of the rights and responsibilities of residents
  • Monitoring and seeking to influence the enactment and enforcement of laws and regulations that pertain to residents of Continuing Care Retirement Communities CCRCs) in New Jersey
