Gary served as president of ORANJ from 2005 until 2009. Prior to that he has served two terms on the Seabrook Village residents association and as resident ombudsman for Renaissance Gardens Health Care Center. For ORANJ he has been a member of the Legislative Advocacy Committee, and was Chair of the 2005 Erickson RAC Conference in Baltimore, MD.
