Summary: In the spring of 2010 The 24 New Jersey CCRCs had 10,152 units, of which 7,279 were independent living, 1,334 were assisted living and 1,539 were skilled nursing/long term care. Fee increases averaged 4.11% in independent living units,4.44% in assisted living, and 4.52% in skilled nursing. The full survey report provides data for each of the New Jersey CCRCs.
